Our services are meant for anyone who needs care and assistance in living independently including patients being discharged from hospitals, people with mental health issues, dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and the elderly.Â
We offer home care packages designed around each individual’s unique needs, lifestyle, desires and expectations; giving them the freedom of choice they deserve at home. Our service can be day-to-day or full-time live-in care. Our home care plans give our clients and their families the peace of mind they deserve.
What Our Care Includes
Our care packages are customised to meet your personal demands which may include help with personal care, household tasks, meal planning & preparation, companionship, outings and holidays.
Support around the home
Dusting and vacuuming; cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, changing bed linen and towels, laundry and ironing, shopping for weekly groceries, helping with meal preparation and assistance managing bill payments.
Personal care
Dressing and undressing, washing and bathing, shaving, assistance with hair and makeup, continence care, and support with prescribed medication.
